This motor was cleaned, checked and tested.  Service company rewired from 460V to 208-230V for testing and it is ready to go with that voltage. The housing is included - if you like, around 25 lbs for shipping. Impeller will be installed with all factory bolts - nothing like lose parts shown in pics - update with ready to ship pics later this week.
