The addressee was a Mrs. Marsh.
    To continue, the orange
    , 0.5-Penny GB Victoria
    stamp
used to send the mail is in fine condition! Though a bit light/faded in a few areas, the S.O.N.
cancel from the British P.O. in Smyrna is quite excellent! The mail arrived at Ashford Station on February 15th, and received an awesome CDS!
Lastly, as for the condition of the envelope, it's good-very good. It's has some stains on the front. There is a significant, vertical crease(and some tears connected to it at the top and bottom of the envelope) down the middle. Noted imperfections aside, this remains a neat piece of printed matter mail sent in 1900 through the British Post Office in Smyrna, Ottoman Empire!
