    Description

    A nice cover mailed from Constantinople and addressed to Bern, Switzerland. Franked with Great Britain Offices in Turkish Empire Scott #59, the surcharged 7½ piastres on 5 pence King George V stamp from 1921. The stamp is tied to the cover by a British Post Office, Constantinople postmark dated December 23, 1921. This cover measures 165mm x 130mm. See scans for condition - creased.
